hi everyone!
Today we did wake up shake up and English.Then spellings,(well done to the people who were on 12 spellings and are now on 20’s!) In maths we did mixed numbers and improper fractions.Whilst we typed up our best poems the rest of us did mothers day cards.Then I did the blog have a great weekend and don’t forget your homework!

Today we did triple W.U.S.U and also watched the little ones do theirs.Next we did English and Maths and then had lunch.After lunch we did science, our new topic is Interdependance and adaptation.It was fun.

Hi everybody! This morning we went to Wake up Shake up! Then when we came back to class, we did English. In English we are learning about poetry and we wrote some poems using personification. Personification is poetry that gives an inanimate object human qualities. This is one of the poems I wrote, it’s about nature.
Nature
The grass whispers a secret
The wind howls at everyone and everything in its path
The clouds cry as thunder hits them
The rocks push against each other as if World War II was happening again
Flowers laugh happily as the day draws to a close
The moon listen’s to people sleeping in the bright, night sky!
After we did English and gone out play, we did maths. After lunch, we did silent reading for half an hour! Then we started writing up our poems on a neat piece of paper. Then I did the blog.

Hi everyone
Today we went to wall of fame.After that we did poetry in english,we had to write a poem using personification. Later we did guided reading.In maths we did word problems and made our own questions for each other. We were meant to do our spelling test but there were not enough people! We are doing P.E soon ,at the moment we are silent reading.

Hello to all – welcome back from the short but refreshing break!!
We had a very busy day today. We started our new English topic of poetry and began to use personification to write our own poems. We read very well in guided reading and then worked our socks off doing long multiplication in Maths. I hope everyone enjoyed their afternoon!

Hello everybody! Firstly, we went to wake up, shake up! Next, we came back to class and did English. Miss Soulsby made us do a test! 
I thought that the test was hard. After that Mrs Crabtree took her D.T group out while the others did chatter topics with a friend:D . After break we went to our maths groups. Then we had lunch! After lunch everyone started drawing. Then we started to do our blog .

Wow – what a busy last week of half term! We’ve been so busy we haven’t even had a chance to write on the blog.

This morning we went to the singing assembly and learnt a new song called you can’t stop rain. After that we did English,we carried on with our discusion of whether P.E. should be compulsary in schools . Then we did silent reading for half an hour up to play time! Next we did Maths, we were learning about brackets and BODMAS. After lunch we did science. Miss Soulsby’s group did a science vocabulary test,and we all did about keeping safe when setting fire to materials. Now we are doing our Morley in Bloom posters up until hometime.
